23 year-old woman seriously injured in St Venera car crash

A 23 year-old woman from Birkirkara was seriously injured early Monday morning when her Hyundai car crashed onto another car coming from the opposite direction and then hit a nearby bus-stop in St Joseph High Road, St Venera.
The other car, a Nissan, was being driven by a 57-year-old man from Birzebbuga, who suffered only slight injuries.
The woman driver is not in danger of losing her life.
Police investigations continue.
