The police have reported that a 28-year-old Nigerian woman who lives in Italy was arrested by the police on Saturday night after she was caught trying to smuggle in three kilogrammes of cocaine. The substance was found in the suitcase she was carrying on her way from Pozzallo on board the Sicily-Malta catamaran. Further investigations led the police to arrest a 35-year-old man who lives in Safi. The man was allegedly going to pick up the drugs.
