The police have reported that a powerful explosiong caused by a bomb damaged a police inspector’s home in Zurrieq early on Tuesday morning. The blast blew off the garage door and caused structural damage to the residence and neighbouring houses. Cars parked nearby were also damaged. No one was injured.
