Fewer on the unemployment list in February

The National Statistics Office has reported that there were 6,921 persons registering for work during February, a decline of 39, or 0.6 per cent, over the corresponding month last year.
Records provided by the Employment and Training Corporation show that during February the number of persons registering in Malta and Gozo, stood at 6,180 and 741 persons respectively. There was a decrease of 39 persons in registered unemployment when compared to the corresponding month last year.
