Video: Arriva’s service registers some improvement

On Wednesday, Arriva’s new public transport system registered an improvement over the problem-ridden first few days. However there are still reports of long queues at bus stops, the Valletta terminus does not provide any shelter to waiting passengers, and journeys taking much longer than advertised. The British drivers brought from abroad and contributing to this improvement.
