Investigations on the death of fisherman Joseph Gatt, commissioned soon after his death in July, concluded that his death could not be avoided. In July 2010 the fishing boat of 81-year-old Joseph Gatt was hit by a yacht belonging to auditor John Zarb. No formal investigations will be held.
