Prime Minister urges those informed on bombing to speak up
Speaking at a recorded interview on Radio 101, on Sunday morning, Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi has appealed for anyone who has information on Thursday’s bomb attack at offices of Transport Malta in Sa Maison to speak up. He added that the opposition leader Joseph Muscat has to explain himself at the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) after he allegedly contacted the losing bidders of the Delimara contract.
Speaking on the bomb incident Dr Gonzi said he was confident that the criminals behind this act will be brought to justice.
Regarding the Delimara contract Dr Gonzi said that Dr Muscat’s bubble has burst when the Auditor General informed the PAC that there was no corruption in the granting of the contract to BWSC as has the European Union. Later Dr Joseph Muscat said than the Prime Minister’s comments were a lie.
