The Gozo Tourism Association (GTA) is going to be organising the first ‘Premju Ħaddiem tas-Sena fit-Turiżmu Għawdex 2008′.

This will be an Annual Award bestowed to the worker in the tourism sector on Gozo most who distinguishes herself/himself in the performance of her/his duites in the touristic sector. It will also be recognition towards being given by all the workers in this vital industry on Gozo.

The award aims to acknowledge the service given by the employee during the performance of her/his duties in the Gozitan touristic sector, while exhibiting her/his qualities as a role model to other tourism workers.

The adjudicating board is chaired by Judge Victor Caruana Colombo. This award is being conferred to the winner during a special event which will be held on Friday 12th December 2008 at Palazzo Palina, Ta’ Ċenċ, Sannat at 1900 CET.
