The Tigers Softball Club (Malta) will leave Malta for the third consecutive year on Tuesday, July 6th, for a tournament in Italy. The tournament will take place in San Martino Buon Albergo from the 9th of July until the 11th of July.

At the tournament, the Tigers will meet with other Italian teams, namely, San Martino Softball team, Bollate, Saronno, Caronno, Old Parma Softball and Friuli 81.

The experience to be gained by the team through these opportunities is priceless, apart from the fact that through it they will also be learning more gaming techniques and widening their knowledge on this sport which is relatively a new one in Malta.

Furthermore, the Tigers hold various fund-raising activities which make most of these trips possible, mainly swimming lessons, as well as, football tournaments. Swimming lessons are held every three months for Advanced, Intermediate and Beginner students at Ta’ Qali Swimming Pool.
