Video: AFM soldiers involved in ‘incident’ in Greece

Earlier on Wednesday on the Greek island of Lesvos, five members of the Armed Forces of Malta, currently serving out of the town of Mitilini on FRONTEX Joint-Operation “Poseidon”, during their off-duty hours were involved in an incident with a number of Greek locals.
This was revealed in an official statement, which added that the AFM personnel have been immediately recalled to Malta, and further investigations are being conducted. No further details were given as to the nature of the ‘incident’.
