On Thursday, Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi will address the 64th session of the United Nations General Assembly which is to be held in New York. On Tuesday the Prime Minister will also participate in the UN Leadership Forum on Climate Change.

During his visit to New York, the Maltese delegation will be having bilateral meetings with leaders of various countries. The Prime Minister will also inaugurate the new EC New York English Language School.

The Prime Minister and the Maltese delegation will also be visiting San Francisco where they will be meeting the Maltese community there and visiting various enterprises set up by Maltese businessmen.
