Another summer has come and almost gone and the situation regarding the karozzini has remained the same with the horses still not being provided any form of shelter from the hot sun.

Although authorities recently forced the karozzini owners to cover their horses with a sheet to protect them from the sun, various NGOs have remarked that this is just a half-baked measure.
