A man and a woman, aged 25 and 23 respectively, are receiving medical treatment after a head-on crash in Zebbug in the early hours on Saturday morning.
The incident happened at around 0545CET on Saturday in Mdina Road, Zebbug. The two vehicles involved in the incident were driving in opposite directions, according to a statement by the police.
The injured drivers were rushed to Mater Dei hospital in ambulance where it was certified that they are not in danger of losing their life. The woman is a Gozitan.
